Destiny's Child UK Brit Award Nominations.

Destiny's Child have been nominated for TWO awards at this years UK Brit Awards! They are in the running for Best International Group & Best International Album for 'Survivor'.

The awards will take place at London's Earls court on Wednesday, February 20th and televised in the UK on Thursday, February 21st.

Destiny's Child are not disbanding, the group announced yesterday in response to rumors recently reported in the press. Destiny's Child have been nominated for Outstanding Duo or Group (for "Survivor") in the upcoming 33rd Annual NAACP Image Awards. 8 Days of Christmas, the new Destiny's Child holiday album, was released by Music World Music/Columbia Records on October 30, 2001 and is currently climbing the US Billboard 200 Album sales chart.

Destiny's Child plans remix album

The stars of Destiny's Child are taking a mini-break from the group to work on solo careers and movie,s but they plan to keep their fans happy with a remix album scheduled for release on March 12.

"This Is A Remix" will include mixes of songs from the group's three albums, "Destiny's Child", "The Writings On The Wall" and "Survivor", Sonicnet reports.

According to the group's official U.K. website, the album will include "No No NO", featuring Wyclef Jean, and a remix of "Emotions" by the Neptunes.

Other artists and star producers who are featured or worked on the album include Timbaland, Maurice Joshua, Lil Bow Wow, and Missy Elliott. (More on: Destiny's Child)
